We continually invest in equipment for our Croydon workshop and in regular training for our technicians; this gives MC Autos the capability to provide the same standard of workmanship as a main dealer. We look after cars and light commercial vehicles (up to 3.5t), including electric and hybrids. Our advanced technology, including specialist vehicle diagnostics, enables us to conduct detailed investigations, provide video evidence, and get things right first time for customers.

If your vehicle is still under its manufacturer’s warranty, MC Autos carry out scheduled servicing in accordance with the manufacturer’s schedule and recommendations, thereby ensuring that any remaining warranty will be preserved. We also update online service records. It is no longer compulsory to service vehicles at main dealers in order to maintain the manufacturer’s warranty, so don’t feel obliged to go there!

For vehicles no longer under warranty, we can continue with the manufacturer’s servicing schedule, or offer Interim and Full post-warranty servicing options (recommended to alternate every 12-24 months). However, with these options, it would mean the OSR (online service record) would not be updated.

We always use OEM parts and are affiliated with Varta batteries, a leading brand factory-fitted by many major manufacturers. We also use Shell oils and lubricants, well known for being one of the world’s premier brands. We do not endorse using cheap, generic options at MC Autos, and all our work is covered by a guarantee for a minimum of 12 months, or 12,000 miles (whichever occurs sooner).
