If you own a modern diesel car, there’s every possibility that it will need AdBlue at some point. At MC Autos we stock AdBlue in our workshop in Croydon and can check your levels and top it up if required.

Since emissions rules were tightened in 2016, AdBlue has been used to help reduce the nitrogen oxide emissions of diesel engines. At MC Autos we will check your vehicle’s AdBlue levels during manufacturers scheduled services but it’s also worth checking the levels and topping them up between services to ensure that your vehicle continues to meet the required emissions standards. Some vehicles have an AdBlue gauge on the dashboard to alert you when levels are low and if that happens, give the team at MC Autos a call to sort that out for you. If you get an AdBlue or emissions-related warning light or message, don’t ignore it! If there is an issue with the AdBlue system & the mileage count down is on, if that reaches 0 miles, the engine will not start again. We can fix all AdBlue-related faults, including ones that require dealer-level software programming.
