Head Technician & Company Founder
- Jamaine is the Head Technician and company founder – otherwise known as ‘The Oracle’
- Jamaine’s attention to detail is second to none and his work ethic is faultless. He holds an IMI level 4 certificate for advanced automotive studies and is an IMI-accredited diagnostic technician with over 25 years of experience in the motor industry. Nothing pleases him more than to see customers leave happy with the service they have received.
Natalie McKenzie
Manager & Co-Owner
- Natalie is the Manager and Co-owner, she has vast customer service and managerial experience.
- Natalie genuinely cares about the customers and finding the best options to suit their needs. If the customer is happy she is too. Every garage should have a bit of the feminine touch!
Paul Cole
Service Advisor
- Paul has over 10 years of experience in the motor industry.
- Paul was previously a mechanic & our tyre expert which gives him a great advantage in his current position. Paul is a brilliant customer service advisor & genuinely cares about the customers’ experience. Paul joined us in November 2013 and is a true asset to our company.
Mick Pettit
Senior Technician & Auto Electrician
- Mick is an extremely experienced auto electrician, service technician and general jack of all trades!
- He has been in the motor trade for over 30 years and brings a host of knowledge and expertise to MC Autos. Mick is not the quietest worker though – he’s often (lovingly) referred to as our Gruffalo!
Shirley Jolly
Head Buyer
- Shirley Jolly (AKA Mum) has a strong managerial/customer service background.
- Shirley is always happy to help, always has a smile to offer, and strives to keep all of our customers happy.
Krzysiek Kowalczyk
Senior Mechanic
- Kris is a very able mechanic & loves all things automotive.
- This is his passion. In his family, all the men are mechanics, so he says it is in his blood! Kris started fixing cars when he was just 15 back in Poland. He carries out work to the highest standard which makes him a great asset to our team. Not only is he a skilled mechanic but Kris’ native tongue has been a lovely treat for our Polish customers. When he arrived in the UK he struggled to find a company that matched his high standards. With a lucky passing mention of us by one of our mutual customers, Kris joined the MC Autos team and fits in just perfectly at MC Autos (or should that be doskonale?!)
Taylia McKenzie
Service Advisor & Marketing Manager
- Taylia is the youngest member of our team. Her youth brings a breath of fresh air to MC Autos and a wealth of ideas from the GenZ perspective.
